S1E34, NIGHT Thank You Thoughts

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[THANK YOU THOUGHTS]

Taes: I love getting to spend time with you at the very end of your day.

So can you go and grab all the things that make you feel real cozy, like your pj's? Make sure those are on and make sure that you have a blanket and your favorite stuffy. Get nice and cozy and… good.

We are going to do some more Thank You Thoughts tonight, because we know that thank you. Thoughts are the best way to fill your head and your heart with happy thoughts.

And we know that happy thoughts lead to happy dreams and happy dreams lead to good sleeps. And good sleeps will lead to good days tomorrow because you'll feel really, really well rested. So, that is the reason why we all need to sleep, because we will make sure that we have a good day tomorrow.

So here's what we're going to do. I'm going to say thank you for something. And then you are going to repeat after me.

Are you ready? It goes like this:

Thank you, sun.

Thank you, moon.

Thank you, stars.

Thank you, bed.

Thank you, family.

Thank you, food.

Thank you, place…

to lay my head.

Thank you, heart.

Thank you, me.

Thank you fishes

in the sea.

Take a big deep breath in. Let it out. And let the feeling of “thank you” go through your whole body. From the top of your head, wiggle your head. All the way down your shoulders, wiggle your shoulders. All the way down to your hands. And all the way down into all of your toes. Put the feeling of “thank you”.

And I want to say a big thank you to you for showing up here in the morning and in the night to connect with your heart and for being such a great friend.

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
