S1E04, NIGHT Magic Word and Goodnight Ears
[INTRODUCTION]
Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.
It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.
Are you ready?
Me too.
I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.
So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.
[GOOD NIGHT EARS]
Taes: So tonight I want to make sure you're in your pajamas and you've brushed your teeth.
If you have not done that yet, press pause and go do it right now. Okay?
So now that everybody is in your pajamas, and you've got your teeth brushed, can you grab something nice and cozy, like a stuffy or maybe your favorite blanket and get nice and comfortable?
I know that sometimes going to bed is not what we want to do. So I like to do some fun games before bed to make sure that we are nice and sleepy.
And to also make it a little bit more of a fun time. Does that sound good?
If that sounds good. Can you touch your nose? Okay. Uh, now can you say, “Good night, nose”? Okay.
Can you touch your ears? And can you say, “Good night, ears”?
Can you touch your belly button and say, “Good night, belly button”?
Can you touch one toe and can you say, “Good night, toe”?
Can you touch your knees and say, “Good night, knees”?
Can you maybe just shake your head a little bit and say, “Good night, head?”
How about…
Can you touch all of your fingers together on both hands? There you go. And say, “Good night, fingers.
And can you rub your hands together and make them nice and warm. I love when you rub your hands together, how they get warm. And can you say, “Good night, hands”?
And can you take those nice warm hands and put them on your face? And can you say, “Good night, face”?
And can you put your hands on your heart? And can you say, “Good night, heart?” And I want to say good night to you.
[CLOSING]
Taes: And I wanna say one more time. Thank you to you for being here with me.
I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.
Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.
Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.
I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
