S1E40, NIGHT In Your Home

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[IN YOUR HOME]

Taes: I want to know how your day was, what was your most favorite part of all of today?

So just do a little scan on your day. Do-bee do-bee do-bee do. Scan, scan, scan. And think of all your favorite things and then pick one favorite thing.

Okay. When you've got that, can you put your hands in your head? Okay, good. Now I want to know on the count of three, what was your favorite thing that happened today? Ready? 1, 2, 3.

Oh, that was really good.

I'm so happy that that happened. And I'm so happy that we're here together now.

So, I guess it's time to say goodnight, isn't it? That's what we're here for.

Can you grab yourself a nice blanket or a stuffy and get yourself nice and cozy in the space that you are in? And can you look around where you are right now? And can you tell me, where are you?

Yeah. And are you in some kind of a house?

Can you think of all the things that are inside of your home? What lives inside of your home?

And can you make the shape of a house over top of your head?

And can you take that house, that feeling of being home and put it inside of your heart.

Okay, so we're going to do that again.cYou're going to make the shape of a house over your head. And you're going to take that house and put it in your heart.

Make the shape of a house over your head, and then take that house and put it in your heart.

Make that shape of a house over your head. And this time, just pause and think of all the things that are inside of your house. Maybe your house is filled with somebody that you love. Maybe it's filled with some things that you love, some things that make you feel happy. Do you have any animals in your house? Do you have some stuff that you love?

What's inside of your house? Just think about it right now with your house over your head.

And now can you take all of that and put it inside of your heart. Because your heart is also your home. No matter where you are, your heart is your home.

So just sit with your heart right now. Take a big deep breath in and let it out. And can you say, “Thank you.”

Thank you for your home, for everything. That's in it for the people who love you and thank you for that heart of your. That heart that beats all day long without you doing anything. Your heart is magic. And you are magic.

Can you say, “Good night, heart?” And I want to say good night to you. I love you so much. Have a really good sleep in your home.

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
