S2E24, NIGHT I Love You

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[I LOVE YOU]

Taes: Can you brush your teeth, wash your face, say goodnight to everyone you love, put on your jammies, and come on back.

And when you come back, make sure you bring your favorite stuffy and maybe a nice cozy blanket to wrap around you.

This morning, we learned about three of my favorite words. And tonight we are gonna use those words all over. And if you weren't with us this morning, I wanna tell you right now that my three favorite words in the whole world are, “I love you”.

Can you say it with me? “I love you”. Good. Now I don't know if you know this, but saying those words actually will make you feel better no matter what. And you can love all sorts of things.

So right now, can you jump into your bed? And can you say, “I love you, bed”. Good.

Now, can you put your head down on that pillow? And can you say, “I love you, pillow”.

Can you pull those blankets up over you? And can you say, “I love you, blankets”.

Can you pull in your favorite stuffy for a big hug? And can you say, “I love you, stuffy”. Good.

Can you put your hands on your big heart? And can you say, “I love you, heart”.

And now can you wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a great big hug? And can you say, “I love you, me”. Good.

And I wanna say that I love you, too. I just love getting to know you and getting to know your heart and all of the things that you love.

So tonight, as you close your eyes to fall asleep, I am wishing you a night with dreams that you love. And tomorrow morning you will wake up to another day that you love.

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
