[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[HEARTBEAT]

Taes: Can you go and do all of your bedtime business, like put on your pajamas, brush your teeth, tell everyone in your house that you love them and then find your favorite stuffy or your favorite blanket and come on back and get nice and cozy.

And once you are here, can you do what you always do and put your hands on that big heart of yours and just check in, see how your heart is feeling tonight.

Take a big deep breath in, let it out. And can you say, “I love you, heart”?

Now this morning, we learned about how, when you put your hands in your heart and when you spend some time breathing and noticing how your heart feels that it will actually scientifically help you calm down and help your heartbeat get slower. So it's a really good thing to do in big-feeling moments.

So I wanna know what did you do today to help yourself through big feeling moments? Is there anything that you can remember that you did today?

Yeah. You know, every day we have lots of big feelings and every day we have a big feeling, it's another opportunity for us to try something different. So I wanna say that you did a really good job today. And I feel really proud of you. And I wanna know how you feel about yourself.

And put your hands in your heart, take a big deep breath in and let it out. And can you say, “Thank you, heart”?

Yeah. Thanking your heart is a really good thing to do at the end of the day. And just notice that when you put your hands in your heart and when you breathe into your hands, that your body will get calmer and calmer and sleepier and sleepier. And this is a really good practice to do during the day. And it's also a really good practice to do right before you go to sleep.

Can you whisper to your heart one more time, “I love you, heart”? And I love you so much too.

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
