[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[HEARTS CONNECT]

Tonight, we are going to do a heartbeat exercise and then a reflection.

Before we begin with our heartbeat exercise, can you grab something cozy and comfortable? Maybe a blanket, maybe get your favorite stuffy and just find a quiet space just for you to sit and you can even lie down in your bed.

And as you get settled, take a great big, deep breath in and let it out and just sink down into wherever you are.

And can you put your hands on that heart of yours and just see if you can feel your own heart beat?

How amazing is it that your heart just beats all day long without you doing anything? Can you count to five as you listen to your beat.

Ready 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Let's do it again. And as you count, I want you to imagine that all of your big daytime energy is falling out of your body.

Ready? Let's take a big deep breath in. Let it out. Hands in your heart and let's count to five.

1, 2 3, 4, 5.

And can you just whisper, thank you.

That thank you was for your heart. I think that your heart needs a thank you every single day.

[REFLECTION]

Let's do our reflection.

When you look back on your day and all the things that you did, can you tell me what was one of your most favorite things that you did today?

That's a really good one!

What happened today that made your heart feel so happy?

I love hearing about your heart being happy.

And now can you think of something that happened that maybe felt a little bit cloudier. Maybe gave you some really big feelings?

Thank you so much for sharing. You know, in all of those feelings, that big happy feelings and the big cloudy feelings, there is so much to learn and all of them are so important. So right now, can you take a look at all of the feelings that you had today? And can you stretch your arms out beside you and just imagine that you are wrapping them in a great big hug. Wrap your arms around yourself, right.

And now can you say out loud, “Thank you”.

I love thanking all of my feelings at the end of the day.

[CLOSING]

And I wanna say one more time. Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
