S1E30, NIGHT Feeling Floppy (R)

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[FEELING FLOPPY]

Taes: Can you make sure that you've said good goodnight to the people in your house. Can you grab something to keep you nice and cozy, maybe a blanket, maybe a stuffy and make sure that your jammies are on. And come on over because it is time to do a fun good night exercise.

So tonight we're going to start standing up on your feet. And I want you to imagine your favorite color. What is your favorite color in the whole world? A color that makes you feel really, really. Okay, good one.

And you're going to imagine that that color is going to flow down over your head. And as the color goes down over your head, it's going to make you feel really floppy.

What does it mean to feel floppy? Well, I think that floppy is like sleepy.

So, just to try this before we start, can I see you become really floppy? Flop your body down over. You might want to swing over your feet, do a little full up. Good.

Now stand up and flop. I like to make sure my body feels really floppy before I go to bed. And this is something that you can do to help your body feel floppy.

So you're going to stand up. And imagine that your favorite color in the whole world, it's going to start being poured over your head, like paint. And this is a floppy paint, so when it hits your head, top of your head, can you imagine your head feeling floppy? Flop your head from side to side.

And now it's going over your shoulders. Can you move your shoulders a bit? Oh, they're feeling so floppy.

And now your whole top of your body is starting to feel a bit floppy. Can you flop a little bit in the top of your body?

Oh, and now your hips are feeling a bit floppy. Now you're going to flop right down and touch the ground with your fingers, your floppy fingers.

Oh, and then it's going down and it's pouring down over your legs. And as your legs get floppy, you're gonna sit down on the ground.

Oh, and then you're feeling so floppy that you are going to flop right down onto your back and just feel this magical, floppy color, going all the way over your body and making you so sleepy.

Can you say, “I am so floppy”.

Good. I think floppy is my favorite word today.

And as you were lying there on the ground feeling nice and floppy, can you put your hands on your heart? Take a big deep breath in and let it out. And as you let it out, feel yourself getting even more floppy.

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
