S2E40, NIGHT Daisy Bumblebee

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[DAISY BUMBLEBEE]

Taes: And you know how it goes before we do this, I want you to make sure that you're all ready for bed. So make sure that you've got your jammies on. You've brushed your teeth, washed your face, said goodnight to everybody that you love. And grab your favorite stuffy and maybe grab your second favorite stuffy and head on over to your bed and crawl in and put your head on the pillow this morning.

We did a song all about somebody that you love. And tonight we are gonna think about someone else that you love. So can you close your eyes right now? Put your hands in your heart and think of somebody else that you love. So if you were with us this morning, pick a different person.

Can you just imagine what it feels like when you see them? And can you think about what is it that you really love about them? And what is something that you've done together that was so much fun?

And once you've really felt the feeling of this person, and how it feels in your heart when you see them, can you repeat after me?

“I've got love for you,” and point to them.

“And you've got love for me,” and point to yourself.

“I'm like a daisy.” Make a daisy above your head.

“And you’re the bumblebee.” Let's see your bumblebee arms.

You got it. Let's put it all together. Ready?

“I've got love for you. And you've got love for me. I'm like a daisy, and you’re the bumblebee.”

Take a big deep breath in, and as you let it out, imagine sinking a little bit deeper into your bed. And I want you to think about this person that you love, and this person that loves you so much. And just imagine when you're going to get to see them again and how that will feel. And maybe tonight you can have a happy dream with them in it.

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
