S2E32(46), NIGHT Big Heart Bubble

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[BIG HEART BUBBLE]

Taes: So once you have done all of your bedtime business, I'm talking about brushing your teeth, say goodnight to everyone you love, make sure that you've got your pajamas on, and come on back with your favorite stuffy or your favorite blanket or both and crawl right into bed.

This morning, we made our big heart bubbles. And we made our big heart bubbles, so that all day long, you could remember that you are safe inside of where you are. And that if anything happens, that makes you feel not good, you can just stay inside of your big heart bubble.

Tonight, I would like to make another big heart bubble. But this time is a big heart sleepy bubble. So, inside of our big heart bubble are all the things that make us sleepy and outside of our big heart bubble are all of the daytime things that keep us awake.

So can you put your two hands in front of you with your palms facing out? This is the front of your bubble. Now pull one hand back and then put it straight out in a different place. Palm facing out. You got it. Now pull the other hand back and put it straight out in the same place. Good.

And now you're gonna do it again, and you're gonna say “bubble, bubble, bubble” as we go. Ready?

So you're making a bubble around you. “Bubble bubble, bubble bubble, bubble bubble.”

And now can you go to the side. “Bubble bubble bubble bubble.”

What about the other side? “Bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble.”

Can you make a bubble above you? “Bubble bubble bubble.”

What about behind you? “Bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble.”

What about below you? “Bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble.”

And once you have made this big heart bubble all around you, can you put your hands on your heart? Can you take a big deep breath in and let it out?

And I want you to imagine what is inside of your big heart bubble? Let's think of things that make us feel sleepy. What's something that you would like to keep inside of your big heart bubble?

That's a good one. And you know what I wanna bring into the big heart bubble? I wanna bring in the moon. What's something else you would like inside of your big heart sleepy bubble?

Oh, that's a good one. And I'm gonna bring in some stars so that they'll be like little night lights inside of the bubble.

Okay. Now your turn. What will you bring in to your big heart bubble?

That's a good one, too.

Now, can you imagine that your big heart bubble is the color blue, the color of sleepiness. And that inside of your big heart bubble, is the moon and the stars, and you're stuffy, and your bed. And everything else that you want inside of it.

And your big heart bubble has really calming music playing. And your big heart bubble is rocking you back and forth to sleep.

And inside your big heart bubble, you are safe and you are loved.

Put your hands on your heart. One more time. Take a big deep breath in. Let it out. Can you say, “I am safe”? Can you say, “I am loved”?

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
