S1E50, NIGHT Big Feelings List (R)

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[BIG FEELINGS LIST]

Taes: Once you have brushed your teeth, put on your PJs, say goodnight to everybody that you love, come on back and make sure that you are nice and cozy, maybe with your favorite blanket or your favorite stuffy. Good.

And when you're back, can you touch your nose? Can you touch the top of your head? Can you touch your shoulders? Can you touch your belly button? Can you put your hands on your heart? Take a big deep breath in and let it out.

Today, we are going to do a great, big, huge feelings list. So we are going to try to name every single feeling that you felt from the moment that your eyes woke up this morning.

Okay. Here's how we're gonna do it. I'm gonna say “one,” and you're gonna say a feeling,

I'll say “two”, and you say another feeling and we're gonna go up until five feelings. And then I'm gonna give you some time to think and see if there's any other feelings that you might have felt. And we're gonna see if we can get all of them out.

Okay. If you are ready to play the big, find the feelings game, can you touch the top of your head? Okay.

So when you first woke up this morning, what was the first feeling that you had? Number one.

Okay, good. And can you tell me another feeling that you had today? Number two.

Okay. And did you have any great, big other feelings throughout the day? Number three.

Good. And can you find one more feeling, do you think? Number four.

And can you tell me, how are you feeling right now? Number five.

And now, can you look back at your day and just double check to see if you missed any feelings? Are there any hidden feelings that did not come out in this list? And if they are, can you tell me them right now?

Thank you so much for sharing. It is so good to find all of your feelings and to say them out loud.

I am so happy that I got to spend a little bit of time with you.

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
