S2E20, NIGHT Balloon

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[BALLOON]

Taes: It's so good to see you tonight. I'm really excited to get to spend a few minutes with you right before bed. So, go make sure that you're all ready for sleep. This means that you have brushed your teeth. You have said goodnight to everyone. You love you're in your jammies and you have your favorite stuffy. And once you have all of that, we will get started.

So tonight, I want you to lie down in your bed and pull up your covers and we are going to do a breathing exercise, and then we're gonna move into a visualization. And from there you will be ready for happy dreams.

So can you take a great big, deep breath in through your nose? Can you let it out through your mouth? And I want you to imagine that you are blowing up a balloon.

Another big, deep breath in. Let it out and imagine you're blowing up a balloon.

One more deep breath in. Let it out and imagine you're blowing up a balloon.

And once that balloon has been blown up all the way, you're gonna watch it float off into the night sky. Goodbye, balloon.

Take another breath in through your nose. Let it out. Blow up the balloon.

And one more breath in through your nose. Let it out. Blow up the balloon.

And one more time, breathe in through your nose, let it out, blow up the balloon. And watch the balloon fly off into the night sky. Good night, balloon.

And come back and put your hands in your heart. And I want you to think right now about your very favorite person. And can you imagine that you are playing with your favorite person right now, and you are playing your very favorite game. So whatever that is, just picture yourself with your favorite person playing your favorite game.

How does it feel to be there with them? Can you imagine the feeling of a smile coming into your face? Just feel that feeling of doing exactly what you wanna do with the person you love. And allow that smile to move through your body, from the top of your head, all the way to the tips of your toes.

And as you float away into dreamland, hold with you your favorite people, the favorite things that you love doing. Keep them inside of your heart.

I know that there are so many more things to do tomorrow. And so many more of your favorite people to see. Until then, happy dreams.

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
