S2E44, NIGHT At The Movies

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Hello, my name is Taes and I am so happy to be here with you at the very end of our day to say goodnight.

It is just such a good time to think back on what happened today on how we felt throughout the day and just wind down together.

Are you ready?

Me too.

I love knowing all day long that I get to see you and hear about how your day was and how you're feeling.

So, first of all, I just wanna say, thank you so much for being here with me.

[AT THE MOVIES]

Taes: Once you were already. Once you have brushed your teeth, put on your jammies, said good night to everyone you love and grabbed your favorite rich stuffy, and your favorite blanket, I want you to come quickly back. Good. And you are gonna crawl right into bed. And get ready because today we are going to play “At the Movies: Bedtime Edition”.

If you were with us this morning, we played “At the Movies” in the morning and we pictured our whole day. And now that the end of the day has come, we are going to picture anything. We want anything at all that you would like to happen in your life. We are going to have a big imagination time. And this will lead you right into happy dreams, where maybe you can imagine some more things that will happen inside of your dreams.

So can you close your eyes? And I want you to imagine something that you really want to do someday, and it can be anything at all, any big dream that you really wanna have, whatever it is. Can you imagine it right now?

And now, can you say that big dream out loud for me?

That's a really good one. And now can you imagine something else that you really wanna do someday? Maybe you want to go see a giraffe in real life? That's something I'd like to do. Or maybe you wanna swim in the ocean or go travel somewhere special. What is it that you would really love to do someday in your life?

This time, you're gonna just say them in your head and just picture it in your. Like you are watching a movie of your future. What do you want it to look like? What do you wanna do? Who do you wanna be? Imagine it right now.

And as you were imagining, all of the things that you will do in all the places you will go, can you just let yourself sink a little bit deeper into your bed? Good.

Now take a deep breath in. Let it out and imagine that you're pulling all of those dreams and all of those wishes into your heart and put your hands in your heart and just give it a little rub, a little hug for your heart tonight and keep all of those dreams inside of there. And now can you whisper, “I love you, heart”.

Thank you so much for spending some time and creating a movie of your life with me. I am excited for all of the things you will do and all the places you will go in your life.

And right now I'm excited for you to fall asleep and have really happy dreams.

[CLOSING]

Taes: Thank you to you for being here with me.

I can't wait to see you tomorrow morning.

Have an amazing sleep with lots of happy dreams.

Remember, there is nobody in the whole world with a heart just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
