S2E, MORNING Thank You’s

[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Good morning. My name is Taes and I want to welcome you to today.

Can you wave your hand and say, “Good morning, day.”

Can you put your hands on your heart and say, “Good morning, heart.”

And I want to say good morning to you.

I just love getting to start today with you as we check in, as we wake up our bodies, and as we think about what is in store for us today.

Are you ready to start off our morning? Great!

[THANK YOU'S]

Taes: Good morning, my beautiful, big hearts. It is so good to see you this morning. Today, we are going to do some morning thank you’s because we know that saying “thank you” actually makes your heart feel better, saying “thank you” actually makes your energy happier. And saying “thank you” will help you have an even better day.

After we're done saying thank you, we will say goodbye. And you will head out into your day with a big happy heart.

To start off today, can you jump up on your feet? Good. Can you stretch your arms straight up to the sky? And can you say, “thank you, body”? This body that has been with you your whole life, that takes really good care of you.

Say it one more time. Stretch your arms up to the sky. Can you say, “thank you, body”?

And now can you put your hands on your face and imagine that the sun is pouring down on your face. And can you say, “thank you, sun”?

Let's try it one more time. Can you say, “thank you, sun”?

Now stretch your arms out beside you and imagine that you can see all of the people in your family. And can you say, “thank you, family”?

Now wrap your arms around yourself, like you are bringing your family in for a great big hug. And can you say, “thank you, me”?

Put your hands in your heart. And can you say, “thank you, heart”?

Take a great big deep breath in. Let it out. Feel that heart beating inside of your chest.

And can you just say, ”I love you, heart?”

And hold your hands on your heart and feel the feeling of thanks. Thanks for the body that you live in. Thanks for the sun that comes out of the sky. Thank you for your family. Thank you for you and thank you for that great big heart.

Can you imagine the feeling of thank you going all the way through your body? The feeling of being really grateful and just wiggle your whole body now for a minute.

And you know what? I'm really grateful for you. I'm grateful for everything that you do all day long, and I'm grateful that you showed up this morning to be here, to start your day.

And I'm thankful for, I'll say that one more time

And I am thankful that I will get to see you again tonight. So I hope that you can take that feeling of thanks with you for your whole day.

[CLOSING]

Taes: I'm so excited for you and for your day.

And I want to say thank you so much for starting today with me and for setting yourself up for a big heart kind of day.

I can't wait to see you tonight and hear about all of the things that you did.

Remember: there is nobody in the whole world with a heart, just like yours.

I love you. And I love your big heart so much.
