[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Good morning. My name is Taes and I want to welcome you to today. 

Can you wave your hand and say, “Good morning, day.”

Can you put your hands on your heart and say, “Good morning, heart.” 

And I want to say good morning to you. 

I just love getting to start today with you as we check in, as we wake up our bodies, and as we think about what is in store for us today.

Are you ready to start off our morning? Great!

So let's get started with our activity. 

[SNEAKY SNAKE BREATH]

Taes: I'm so happy to be here with you this morning. I'm so happy to be here with you because I am excited to show you one of my very favorite big heart breaths. 

If you want to learn this big heart breath, can you jump up on your feet? And can you say, “Oh yeah.” 

Okay. So first of all, what you're going to do is take your hands, wiggle them beside you.

Now imagine that your hands are glued together like this. Got it? Okay. 

Now, can you move those hands like they are a snake? Just move your hands. Oh yes. This is the action part of the breath you got it. 

Okay. Now. Good. Now, can you take a big deep breath in and can you go like this? ss–ss–ss–ss–ss-ss-ss as you let it out ready?

Ss–ss–ss–ss–ss-ss-ss

Oh, you are really good at that. 

And now we put it all together. So keep your hands glued together. Take a big deep breath in and you're going to go ss–ss–ss–ss you move your snake around. ss–ss–ss–ss–ss-ss

This is called the “Sneaky Snake Breath”. Keep going, keep going, keep going and freeze. 

Take a big deep breath in. Stick your hands together and let it out. 

Ss–ss–ss–ss–ss-ss-ss–ss–ss–ss–ss-ss-ss

And freeze. Now, what I love about the sneaky snake breath is that it helps you move through your big feelings and you can do it with the actions or without that's when it becomes really sneaky. So, if you just want to help yourself, come back to your heart, you can do the Sneaky Snake Breath without the actions, and you can do it really quietly anywhere you are.
