[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Good morning. My name is Taes and I want to welcome you to today. 

Can you wave your hand and say, “Good morning, day.”

Can you put your hands on your heart and say, “Good morning, heart.” 

And I want to say good morning to you. 

I just love getting to start today with you as we check in, as we wake up our bodies, and as we think about what is in store for us today.

Are you ready to start off our morning? Great!

[PAINT YOURSELF A FAVORITE COLOR]

Taes: It's so good to see you this morning. I love spending a little bit of time with you and with your big heart every single morning.

Can you jump up on your feet for me today? 

We are going to do something involving your very favorite color, and then you’re gonna take that something with you throughout your whole entire.

So first, put your hands in your heart. Take a great big, huge, deep breath in. Fill your belly up like it's a balloon. Ready? And let it out. Good. 

Now, can you tell me what is your favorite color? Oh, that's a good one. My favorite color is teal. It's the color of the ocean and the sky all mixed together. And that's why it's my favorite color. 

So I wanna know why is your color, your favorite color? That's good. 

And how does it make you feel when you think about your favorite color? 

For me, the color teal makes me feel relaxed and calm. So I love using this color to help me feel better. 

And did you know that color therapy is a real thing? So if you are starting to feel some cloudy feelings, all you need to do is look at your favorite color. And if you are not around your favorite color, you can just imagine your favorite color. 

So, for a minute, can you close your eyes? And I want you to imagine that above your head is your favorite color. It's a whole great big, magical cloud above your head in your favorite color. 

Okay. Now reach your hands up and imagine that your hands are touching your magical favorite color. Good. 

Now I want you to pull that color down on top of your head. And feel that color be on top of your head and feel it go all the way down to your ears. Can you touch your ears? 

Feel that magic color going down over your face. So run your fingers over your face. 

Feel your magic color going down your neck and into your shoulders. Can you roll your shoulders for me? 

And just imagine your favorite color, just filling up your body as we go. Imagine your favorite color going down to your fingers. Can you wiggle your fingers? Good. 

Now, imagine your favorite color going all the way down your body. And imagine it going into your hips. Can you give me a little hip wiggle now?

Imagine your favorite color going all the way down your legs into your knees. And your favorite color going all the way down into your toes. And wiggle your toes for.

Take a deep breath in and let it out. And just notice how it feels when you put your favorite color inside of your body. 

This is something that you can do all day long when you start to feel those big feelings come on. And you can also just look at your favorite color. So if you had a marker or something in your room, that's your favorite color, you can practice looking at your favorite color as well to help you flip your mood into sunnier feelings. 

So today, when you were out there in your day, and you start to feel those clouds come on. I want you to take a great big, deep breath in and imagine this magical cloud of your favorite color over top of your head. And imagine that color going all throughout your body. And just notice how it makes your heart feel, because color is magic, just like you are.

I hope you have an amazing big heart day. I can't wait to see you again tonight and we'll talk all about your favorite color again.
