[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Good morning. My name is Taes and I want to welcome you to today. 

Can you wave your hand and say, “Good morning, day.”

Can you put your hands on your heart and say, “Good morning, heart.” 

And I want to say good morning to you. 

I just love getting to start today with you as we check in, as we wake up our bodies, and as we think about what is in store for us today.

Are you ready to start off our morning? Great!

[HEARTBEAT]

Taes: Today, we're gonna learn just one really simple thing that, for you, will make a huge difference when you have those great big feelings, because we all have great big feelings. 

But this is something that you can do. And it's really quick and it's really easy. And it's scientifically proven that when you do this thing, it actually will help your heartbeat get slower. And it will help your body feel more calm.

If you are ready to learn what this thing is. And you know, we've done it before. So I think you're gonna like this one. Can you say, “yes”. Great. 

Can you jump up on your feet and put your hands on that beautiful, big heart of yours? Take a great big, deep breath in and let it out. And just notice your heart beating. 

And as you notice, can you count to five? Ready? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 

Take another great big deep breath in and let it out and count to five. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.  

And now just feel your heart. Feel that beautiful, big heart of yours. 

Today. We're gonna learn just one, really stop listening to this right now. We're gonna keep going. Just forget that that happened. 

And guess what? That is your magical trick. Today, when you feel big feelings, you're gonna stop, put your hands on your heart, take a big deep breath in, let it out, and count to five while you feel your heartbeat. 

And that one little tiny, super easy, simple thing that we have done together so many times will change how you feel. Because when you change your body, you change your mood. When you change your body, you change how you feel. It is magic. You are just so magic. 

So one more time, put those hands in your heart. And while you're here with your heart, can you whisper to it, “I love you”? Can you say, “I really, really, really love you”? 

And guess what? I really, really, really love you, too. I can't wait to see you tonight. We're gonna probably put our hands on our heart another time and see how it can switch how we are feeling. Have an amazing big heart day.
