Taes: Good morning. My name is Taes and I want to welcome you to today.
Can you wave your hand and say, “Good morning, day.”
Can you put your hands on your heart and say, “Good morning, heart.”
And I want to say good morning to you.
I just love getting to start today with you as we check in, as we wake up our bodies, and as we think about what is in store for us today.
Are you ready to start off our morning? Great!

Taes: So this morning, I'm going to show you something fun and then you will be all set to move into your day the big heart way.
Can you show me right now your biggest possible smile? Oh, that is such a beautiful smile.
Now can you look around? Is there anyone in your room with you right now? And if there is, can you show them your biggest possible smile? And if there's not just keep smiling at me, cause I loved seeing that smile.
Okay. Now can you freeze, can you take a big deep breath in? Let it out and as you let it out, let your smile fall off your face. Good.
Now can you show me a big frown? Show me your grouchy face. Oh, that's really, really good. Good.
Now, notice how your body feels when you're frowning. Hmm. Take a big deep breath in and let it out and let that frown fall off your face.
Now, can you show me your biggest possible smile? Oh, I love that smile so much. Good.
And notice how your body feels when you're smiling. Yeah.
Did you know that when you are having big feelings, if you smile, you are actually teaching your body to feel better? And I'm not saying that we should just put on a happy face when we're feeling sad. But what I am saying is that sometimes your body needs a reminder of what it feels like to feel really good, happy, sunny thoughts. And by adding a smile to your day, you can do just that.
So the next time that you're starting to have a big feeling, just try putting those corners of your mouth up into a smile. And then you can go back and talk about whatever it was that you were feeling in that moment.
And the other thing is, did you know that smiles are contagious? So if you take your smile and you spread it around all day long, you will notice that other people are smiling back at you.
So I want to invite you today to use your smile as much as possible. How much can you use your smile to help other people feel good? And how much can you use her smile to help you feel good?
You know, you really are magic.
