[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Good morning. My name is Taes and I want to welcome you to today. 

Can you wave your hand and say, “Good morning, day.”

Can you put your hands on your heart and say, “Good morning, heart.” 

And I want to say good morning to you. 

I just love getting to start today with you as we check in, as we wake up our bodies, and as we think about what is in store for us today.

Are you ready to start off our morning? Great!

[BIG HEART BUBBLE]

Taes: Thank you for being here with me today. 

Today we are going to do something called the “Big Heart Bubble”. And once you have done the big heart bubble, you will be really ready to have a great day. A great day where no matter what anyone else is doing, you will be able to stay connected to your own heart and stay nice and safe and happy inside of your big heart bubble.

So making a big heart bubble is really about understanding what you need and being respectful of yourself. And if you're not quite sure what that means, it's like this: 

Can you imagine if you're going out in your day and suddenly you come across somebody that is maybe saying something that doesn't make you feel good. So they might be being mean to you, or they might just have a not good feeling about them because maybe they're having a not-so-good day.

When you have a big heart bubble, you will be able to keep inside of your own heart to keep inside of how you feel, without letting how they feel affect you. Now, this is a really big challenging thing to be able to do, and we're just starting it right now. 

So, I'm really excited for you to start to learn how to make your big heart bubble your very own space. So can you jump up on your feet? 

Can you put your two hands straight out in front of you with your palms facing forward? 

Now, can you pull one hand back? And then put it back straight in front of you with your palm facing forward. Now pull the other hand back and now put it back straight out in front of you. Now pull the other hand back and put it out somewhere else in front of you. Pull the other hand back and put it out somewhere else in front of you. 

What you are doing is making. A bubble, an imaginary bubble that is going to go all around your body. So you're gonna keep doing this, pulling your hand back and putting it down somewhere else, and imagine that you are creating a bubble. And as you're creating this bubble, can you say the words, “Bubble, bubble, bubble, bubble, bubble”? 

Ready? Here we go. Make your bubble. “A bubble. Bubble bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble.” 

Let's see your bubble on the side. “A bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble.” 

What about a bubble behind you? Ready? “A bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble.” 

And what about the other side of you? “A bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble.” 

And what about on top of you? Can you make your bubble go over top of your head? “A bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble. Bubble.” 

And what about down by your feet? Are you ready? “A bubble, bubble, bubble, bubble, Bubble, bubble, bubble.” 

And once you feel like you have a big heart bubble that reaches around on all sides of you, it reaches over top of you and it goes underneath your feet, can you take your two hands and put them on your heart? Take a big deep breath in and let it out. 

And I want you to now imagine your favorite color. Whatever your favorite color is, can you imagine that your bubble is your favorite color? And notice how your favorite color makes you feel. 

My favorite color is the color of the ocean, so a color that's blue and green mixed together. And so my big heart bubble is the color of the ocean. 

And now can you think of one word for your day? How would you like to feel today? And will you say it out loud for me?

Good. So now your bubble is your favorite color. It's filled with your word of the day, and it's filled with you and your big heart. 

And as you go out into your day today, I want you to just remember that this bubble is around you all the time. So if there's anything that happens that doesn't feel good inside of your heart, just remember that you are safe and you are protected by your big heart bubble. And inside of your big heart bubble, you are just so loved. So one more time. Can you say, “Bubble, Bubble bubble. Bubble bubble.?  Good. 

And if today something happens that's maybe making you feel uncomfortable, you can even say bubble, Bubble. Bubble, bubble, bubble. And imagine your big heart bubble going up all around you. 

And as you go out in your day, remember that you are surrounded by this beautiful big heart bubble. And tonight I wanna hear about how your big heart bubble was during the day.

And tonight, we're gonna make a big heart sleepy bubble to go to bed.
