[INTRODUCTION]

Taes: Good morning. My name is Taes and I want to welcome you to today. 

Can you wave your hand and say, “Good morning, day.”

Can you put your hands on your heart and say, “Good morning, heart.” 

And I want to say good morning to you. 

I just love getting to start today with you as we check in, as we wake up our bodies, and as we think about what is in store for us today.

Are you ready to start off our morning? Great!

[BIG FEELINGS SHARE]

Taes: It's so good to see you. 

Can you say good morning? Can you say good morning, heart? Can you say good morning, day? 

I love starting my day with you. Today I would love to really hear how you're feeling and then once I've heard how you're feeling, you will be all set to start your day. Okay.

So can you find today, just find a nice cozy spot to sit. And put your hands on your heart because our feelings start in our heart. And can we just draw the shape of a heart on your chest? Good. 

That is your heart. 

And close your eyes. Take a big deep breath in, and let it out. And imagine that air going right into your heart and warming it up.

And let's just spend a minute right here in your big heart. And notice how you are feeling. And as you were noticing how you're feeling, don't judge it. 

However you are feeling is perfectly perfect. We love all your feelings. 

So just sit with your feelings right now. 

And if your feeling was a color, what color would it be?

And if your feeling was a shape, what shape would it be?

Can you give your feeling a name?

And just notice that feeling. Where do you feel it in your body the most?

And wherever it is that you feel that feeling the most, can you put your hands there?

And can you imagine that you're just giving that feeling of hug. 

Can you say, “I love you”? Okay. 

Now take a big deep breath in and let it out. Open your eyes. And can you share with me what's the feeling that you're feeling this morning?

Hmm. Thank you so much. You know, it's just so important that we take those feelings and we speak them out loud to people in our lives. So, I want to say thank you for trusting me and sharing your feeling. And if there's someone else in your life that you want to share your feeling with too, I want to encourage you to do that as well.

[CLOSING]

Taes: I'm so excited for you and for your day. 

And I want to say thank you so much for starting today with me and for setting yourself up for a big heart kind of day.

I can't wait to see you tonight and hear about all of the things that you did. 

Remember: there is nobody in the whole world with a heart, just like yours.
